Return & Exchange Policy

At Global Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we have a return and exchange policy.

*Conditions for Returns and Exchanges*

- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.

- Items must not have been worn or altered in any way.

- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.

*Restocking Fee*

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.

*Shipping/Return Shipping*

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs.

*Refund Policy*

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via payment form used after we receive the returned item. Items are subject to inspection by our quality control team before a refund is issued.

*Exchange Policy*

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

*Exceptions*

All custom items are considered final sale items, as all final sales items are not returnable.
